EVENTS AT SISTER HILL

Ideal for small, intimate events, the two great rooms can be divided for smaller occasions or combined to seat up to 50 people and host up to 80 people when set reception style. The stylish courtyard with a privacy wall to the street creates an additional option for up to 30 people seated or 50 people reception style. The possibilities are endless. Feel free to bring in your own elements to customize the space or use the simple, yet elegant decor included in your rental.  All tables and chairs and linens are provided by Sister Hill.

Event Setup During Inn Stay:

You are welcome to include an event during your stay at Sister Hill (perfect for rehearsal dinners, wedding brunch, bridal/baby showers, etc) for an additional charge starting at $500 per event setup.  Please see the event page for details.

Additional Set Up

Access to Sister Hill including the set up time will be limited to the hours set in the rental agreement. Sister Hill will provide setup of tables, chairs and linens for seating of up to 50 people in a layout agreed upon by both parties. Any additional setup, installation and tear-down is the responsibility of renter. All Additional setup, installations and tear-down of equipment brought onto the property by the renter must be provided by a professional and insured Special Event Vendor and must name Sister Hill as Additional Insured.

Tenting

The lawn at Sister Hill can be tented to hold up to 100 people. Tenting, outdoor tables and chairs are not included in the rental and will be the responsibility of the renter from a professional and insured special event vendor.

 

 

Cancellations must be made at least thirty (30) days in advance in order to obtain a 50% refund of the rental payment.  Cancellations made less than thirty (30) days before the scheduled rental will result in forfeiture of payment.  The cleaning fee will be refunded upon cancellation.
